(BlackburnNews.com photo)A Sarnia resident is facing assault charges following an altercation in Kincardine on Monday.
South Bruce OPP responded to a call at around 6 p.m. at an address on Highway 21.
Police said they received a report of an altercation between two people.
Officers charged one of the two, a 26-year-old individual from Sarnia, with assault.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Walkerton Court next month.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
