One man has been arrested after multiple break and enters in Owen Sound over the weekend.
Police were called Friday morning to a west side business after multiple break and enter.
Investigators said video surveillance captured the male arriving during the overnight hours and entering a locked outbuilding where merchandise was stored.
Police said he stole a variety of goods, including a wireless debit machine.
The man allegedly entered a private property that was stored at the business and stole a variety of items.
Later that day police were called to an eastside business for a shoplift in progress. The male escaped from police on a bicycle through a private property.
On Saturday, Owen Sound police were called to a westside apartment building for a report a man had entered a locked office room and stole cheques, cash and keys to the building.
Investigators determined that it was the same man from the incidents the night before.
On Sunday, police saw a man along the east harbour wall. The suspect noticed the officer and ran behind businesses in the area.
Police chased the suspect and found him trying to jump over a fence.
He was arrested by police most of the items that were stolen were located.
Police said he was also wanted by Saugeen Shores police for similar incidents.
The 34 year-old male of no fixed address was held for a bail hearing.
