The municipality of Arran-Elderslie is celebrating 25 years as a corporation with a Family Fun Day.
The municipality was formed in 1999, with the event due to be commemorated Saturday, June 8, at the Chesley Community Park and Complex.
Residents can enjoy a pancake breakfast, the craft and vendors market, a plant sale, face painting, crafts, kids games, a firefighters yard sale, touch-a-truck, a BBQ lunch and entertainment.
The municipality will also host the Volunteer Awards Presentations. The festivities run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
