One person has died as a result of a serious single-vehicle crash on Amberley Road in Huron-Kinloss.
On June 5 at 9:44 p.m., South Bruce OPP received reports of a vehicle driving into Lake Huron from the road.
Emergency services arrived, pulled the driver from the vehicle, and attempted lifesaving measures.
An 88-year-old person from Mississauga was taken to hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
The investigation is still ongoing. Amberley Road was closed through the night but has since reopened.
