Wellington County OPP said a grey hatch-back left the roadway on Sideroad 10 East, east of Highway 6 at around 1:30 a.m.
Members of the Wellington North Fire Service and the Guelph Wellington Paramedic Service also responded.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
The roadway was closed as police investigate.
