Pride decorations damaged in downtown

Wellington County OPP are investigating after numerous Pride Month decorations were damaged.

Police have determined that sometime between the night June 9 and the afternoon of June 10, unknown suspects spray painted the rainbow fabric that is decorating the lamp posts in downtown Palmerston along Main Street.

Investigators are asking for any information from the public, including any potential video surveillance of the area between the night of June 9 and afternoon of June 10.

If you have any information or surveillance footage you'd like to turn over to police, contact Wellington County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
