United Way Perth Huron has a busy summer ahead with plenty of chances to help support them and their community partners they support.
Executive Director Ryan Erb says the first thing they have on deck is a new raffle draw with a load of great prizes.
"We're excited that we've got a special raffle that's ongoing with prizes from throughout the region and people can buy tickets very soon, just about to be released, for $20. Those tickets will help you potentially win an opportunity for a getaway here within our region," Erb shared. "So we've got packages that include helicopter rides, spa days, overnight and festival tickets in both Blyth and Stratford, and some golfing packages, too. So there's some exciting things in there for everyone and we're looking forward to raising some money over the summer months with that."
Erb says there is also another way you can support United Way if you're a local theatre lover.
"The other thing, we have our Stratford Festival ticket promotion ongoing. If people are interested in discounted tickets for the Stratford Festival, they can visit our website and get a promo code and a portion of the sales from all those tickets comes to the United Way. So get some theatre fun in for yourself and get some tickets and you can enjoy supporting us over the summer months," Erb added.
