Perth County OPP were kept busy by an individual who was involved in three separate incidents.
On June 16 just before 1 a.m., officers responded after receiving a call that an unknown person unknown to the homeowner entered a residence on Wallace Avenue North in Listowel. The suspect was arrested at the scene.
Then, on June 18, the same suspect was arrested again after a citizen reported an alarm going off in a business on Inkerman Street West in Listowel. When police arrived on scene moments later, the suspect was found inside and was arrested.
Additionally, the same suspect was arrested a third time on June 19 after allegedly threatening a local business and causing damage to a sign.
As a result, a 31-year-old Fergus native is facing numerous charges including break-and-enter, mischief, resist a peace officer and assault a peace officer.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
