South Bruce OPP charged a 30-year-old man after a short pursuit through Chesley last week.
Officers responded to a report of an individual breaching a release order on First Avenue North on Thursday, August 15.
According to police, the man attempted to run off on foot but was arrested after a short chase.
The 30-year-old now faces charges for mischief under $5,000 and failing to comply with a release order.
