Regions across midwestern Ontario could be in store for some freezing rain.
A warning was issued by Environment Canada Sunday for Southern Grey County, Northern Grey County, and Northern Wellington County.
The weather agency said a low-pressure system is expected across southern Ontario Monday. Precipitation is expected as freezing rain in the morning and will continue into the afternoon.
It is then anticipated to transition into rain or drizzle as temperatures get above the freezing mark.
Environment Canada is also calling for the potential of freezing drizzle Monday evening as temperatures will remain above the freezing mark.
The weather agency warns highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
It advises to take care when walking or driving in affected areas.
