Canadian golfer Corey Conners has finished in the top 10 of The Masters.
The Listowel native officially finished tied for eighth at 5-under par after shooting a 75, 3-over par, in the final round on Sunday.
This is the fourth time Conners has placed in the top 10, doing so for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022. His best finish was tied for sixth at the 2022 Masters.
Conners had a legitimate chance to be the second Canadian to win the green jacket, joining Mike Weir.
Entering Sunday's final round, he was sitting at 8-under par after shooting a 70, 2-under par, in the third round. This score was good for third place at the time, just four shots off the lead.
Winning the green jacket was Rory McIlroy, who completed the golf grand slam by winning each of the four majors. He finished the tournament at 12-under par.
