Holly, whose last name was not provided, was last seen by a friend in the City of Stratford in May.
She is described as Caucasian, 5'1'' with a slim build and long straight brown hair. A description of her clothing was not available, police said.
Anyone with information about Holly's whereabouts is asked to call police immediately.
