Huron County OPP have arrested and charged a 46-year-old Huron East woman after a drug bust in Huron East.
On November 12, police executed a search warrant in Huron East that saw officers seize $10,200 worth of suspected methamphetamine and oxycodone, as well as a BB gun, an imitation firearm, cash, and other offence-related property.
The Huron County OPP Community Street Crimes Unit conducted the search as part of an ongoing investigation.
According to police, the offence-related property included a weigh scale, packaging, and cellular phones, valued at $1,945.
A 46-year-old woman from Huron East is charged with possession of a schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused was processed and released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for December 29 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich to answer to the charges.
