Rollover crash that sent commercial vehicle driver to Kincardine hospital results in charges

A rollover crash of a commercial vehicle that sent the driver to hospital in Kincardine has resulted in charges.

According to the South Bruce OPP, officers responded on April 30 at 2 p.m. to a reported collision involving a commercial motor vehicle that rolled over on Concession 4 in Huron-Kinloss.

Police arrived on-scene alongside Bruce County Emergency Medical Services and the Ripley-Huron Fire Department. The driver of the commercial motor vehicle was taken to hospital in Kincardine with minor injuries.

As a result of the single vehicle crash and the investigation, the 27-year-old driver from Dundalk has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with careless driving.
