Ripley Wins WOAA Senior 'A' Title

The Ripley Wolves completed a 3 game comeback to beat Shallow Lake 5-0 in game 7. Ripley becomes the WOAA 'A' champions, winning the series 4-3.

Shallow Lake held a 3-1 series lead heading into game 5. The Wolves won 3-2 on Friday and 7-1 Saturday to force the deciding final game.

It was scoreless at the end of 1. Ripley would score all 5 of their goals in the second period, with Brett Catto, Nick Locking, Tim Dwinnell, Tyler DeVos and Drew Davidson getting credit. Goalie Jason Reid had the shutout.

This wraps up the 2014-15 WOAA Senior Hockey season, Tillsonburg won the 'AA' title earlier this month.
