The Listowel-native shot a 77 in his first round and a 70 in his second to finish five-over par.
However, Conners finished Friday on a good note ending his round one-under par.
The tournament marked Conners’ first as a professional.

Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
