Weather Hampers Doig's Professional Debut

Seaforth native Robyn Doig's professional debut wasn't really what she envisioned.
After waiting out a three-hour rain delay she finished with a nine-over 79 at the Canadian Women’s Tour event in Smith's Falls.
The good news is only one player broke par at one-under.
Doig explains because it was so wet the course played much longer than it was and the winds picked up in the afternoon to make it even more challenging for everyone.
Doig adds she did make some good shots that didn't turn out as well as she would have liked and her putter bailed her out a few times too.
She says today she's just going to focus on playing her game and come up with the best score she can.
