Attack Goal Part Of Selection Camp

Owen Sound Attack goaltender Michael McNiven has been named to Canada's World Junior Selection Camp Roster.

The 6' 1", 212 lb goaltender will join two others at the selection camp as officials try to determine who will crack the national line-up.

The 19-year-old is a Montreal Canadiens prospect and has a 2.29 GAA and .920 SV% so far this season.

The other two goalies are from the WHL, Carter Hart of Everett and Connor Ingram of Kelowna.

Victor Mete of the London Knights is one of the defenceman named to the camp and the forward corp is led by the Erie Otters Dylan Strome.

There are 32 players invited and 22 will make it and those will be announced after the selection camp which runs December 10 to 14 in Blainville, QC.
