Kincardine's Ethan Skinner scored on the power play just 17 seconds into overtime as Elmira beat Kitchener 4-3 to tie the semi-final at two.
Kitchener's Ashton Stockie took a double minor for high sticking in the third period which carried into the overtime period. That was Elmira's only power play goal of the game going 1-for-7 with the man advantage. Kitchener was 0-for-5.
Shots were 26-25 for Elmira.
Game 5 in Elmira tonight at 7:30pm.
The Listowel Cyclones are in Waterloo at the same time, trying to sweep their series.
