In the PJHL's Schmalz Cup Quarter-Finals, Mount Forest lost 4-2 in the opening game of their series against Alliston.
The Patriots were able to overcome some first period jitters after allowing a short handed goal late in the first period and kept themselves within striking distance through the game. That short handed goal was scored with just a minute left to play in the first period and made it 2-1 at the time.
Kyle Hunter and Ryley Cribbin were the goal scorers for Mount Forest.
