Bulldogs power their way through Wingham

It was a role reversal in Game 4 of a PJHL Pollock Division Semi-Final between Wingham and Kincardine.

The Bulldogs went 4-for-7 on the power play in a 5-1 win over Wingham to stay alive in the series. The Ironmen had a 3-0 series lead heading into the game and carried a dangerous power play through the season.

Ethan Long started Kincardine's night with a power play goal 2:53 into the first period. Kincardine would score their second at 12:37 courtesy of Keegan Angel, that one even strength.

Then after being flagged for a 5 minute cross-checking major, the Ironmen would give up a second power play goal on the night to Logan Swanton.

Wingham scored the only goal in the second period, and their only power play goal of the night, to cut into the Bulldogs' lead. Wingham would end up 1-for-8 with the man  advantage.

Keegan Angel and Mike Fiegehen would score power play goals in the third period to pad Kincardine's lead as the Bulldogs went on to win 5-1.

In all Wingham players served 55 minutes on 15 infractions and Kincardine players 42 minutes on 13 infractions.

Game 5 is in Wingham Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.
