Listowel's Corey Conners was well above the cut line at The Masters.
His 1-under-71 second round puts him at 3-under for the tournament and in a tie for 16th.
Conners will be paired with American Tony Fonau for the third round and they will tee off at 1:15PM Saturday
There are five golfers tied for first at 7-under; Jason Day, Francesco Molinari, Adam Scott, Brooks Koepka, and Louis Oosthuizen.
Other notables include Tiger Woods at 6-under and Phil Mickelson at 4-under.
The only other Canadian in the field, Mike Weir, was 4-over for two rounds and missed the cut by one shot.
