According to Rob Bolton of PGATour.com, Listowel's Corey Conners is number two in the power rankings heading into this week's Valero Texas Open.
Conners is the defending champion after winning it in 2019. It was cancelled in 2020 because of the pandemic. That was Conners' first win on tour.
This season, Conners has five top-10 finishes so far. His best finish was third at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Jordan Spieth is listed as number one in the power rankings.
Players will tee off in the first round of the Valero Texas Open at TPC San Antonio (Oaks Course) tomorrow.
The purse is $7,700,000.
