The Provincial Junior Hockey League has a return date.
After losing the 2020 playoffs and all of the 2020-21 regular season and playoffs, the PJHL is ready to return with a full schedule this year.
The league and many of its teams announced on Twitter that the official start date for the 2021-22 season will be October 1st.
The league will work out the schedules for the 8 divisions in the coming weeks.

Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
Rondeau Harbour and Wheatley Harbour will now have the funding to make infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
