Softball Canada announces player pool for 2022

Softball Canada has released its player pool for the Senior Men's National Team for the 2022 season.

There are a number of players from Midwestern Ontario that have been named to the pool.

That includes Adam Alexander of Walkerton, Travis Jones of Neyaashiinigmiing, Caleb Keeshig of Port Elgin, Blake Underwood of Port Elgin, Tyler Pauli of Mitchell, Ty Sebastian of Brussels, Quinten Bruce of Grand Valley, Derek Hyde of Tavistock and Isaiah Whetstone of Embro.

Pauli was a member of the team that won the bronze medal at the 2019 WBSC Men’s Softball World Cup in the Czech Republic.

Softball Canada also announced the athlete pool for the Men's Under 23 team. Owen Torrie of Williamsford is among that pool of athletes.
