Softball Canada has unveiled the first group of players that will play on the Canadian U18 Men’s National Team.
The team will compete at the 2023 WBSC Americas Pan American Championship from September 3-9 in Sincelejo, Colombia.
The initial list of six athletes includes Nolan Baltena of Arthur, Alex McGillivray of Durham and Joseph Weiler of Hepworth.
The Pan American Championship will feature a total of six teams – Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Peru, the United States and Venezuela – with the top four earning a spot at the 2023 WBSC U18 Men’s Softball World Cup November 11-19 in Hermosillo, Mexico.
