Flames could be seen shooting from the roof of a vacant home in Leamington when crews arrived early Wednesday morning.
Leamington firefighters responded to the 1600-block of Mersea Rd. 5 shortly before 4am. The road was closed for a short time, but has since reopened.
No injuries have been reported and the fire reported to be out.
It took 17 firefighters to tackle the fire that caused $110,000 in damagae.
Fire officials have ruled the cause undetermined.
