UPDATE: Body found in west end field is missing woman

Windsor Police have confirmed that the body of a woman's found in the west end is that of a missing woman.

Officers, assisted by the Ontario Provincial Police canine unit, made the discovery during an extensive ground search in a field on Northway Avenue on Tuesday.

Officials conducted an autopsy to identify the woman and reported Thursday afternoon that it is 36-year-old Sahra Bulle.

Police will not release any further information at this time.

This week, Windsor Police arrested and charged 45-year-old Brian Aaron Marbury with the first-degree murder of Bulle. At that time, she had not been located.
