Police arrest suspect after woman followed home

A 25-year-old Windsor man faces criminal harassment and break-and-enter charges for allegedly following a woman home last month.

Police asked for the public's help after a man followed the victim, a 20-year-old woman, back to a Howard Avenue apartment building from a store on the evening of October 19. The suspect tried to get inside by blocking the door with his foot.

He left when a second occupant confronted him.

Investigators said no one was hurt.

Police shared a description and photo of the suspect on November 10.

Officers arrested the suspect on Saturday.
