Trees Of Remembrance

There was a special ceremony at Sarnia's Heritage Park Saturday in advance of Remembrance Day on Tuesday.

It marked the Boy Scouts' planting of 102 trees of remembrance, one for each of Sarnia's World War One war dead.

The trees are planted in the formation of a cross.

Mayor Mike Bradley and Sarnia-Lambton MPP Bob Bailey were among the dignitaries who attended the event.
