Plympton Wyoming Mayor Lonny Napper hopes to be updated on suggested improvements to cut down on winter collisions on the 402 at a Good Roads Conference underway in Toronto. F ollowing a rash of collisions on the cement portion of Highway 402 last winter, the transportation ministry suggested assistance be provided to farmers to plant trees to act as windbreaks, more warning signs be erected and cameras installed, and snow cleaning operations be reviewed.
