Plympton-Wyoming Council has set a $14.3-million budget that represents an increase of just over three per cent over last year.
Expenditures include five major culvert repairs, one is a half-million dollar job on Dalrymple St. near Errol Village.
The municipality will also spend $175,000 on LED lights.
Taxes on the municipal portion of the property tax bill will go up $43.28 per $100,000 of assessment.
When the county and education levies are factored in, the overall increase is $35.28.
