A preliminary hearing for a London man charged in the deaths of his Warwick Township parents is being delayed.
26-year-old Jeremy Gubbels made another brief appearance by video in Sarnia court today and was remanded in custody until May 19.
Arrangements are being made for a preliminary hearing likely to be held in London, possibly this fall.
The prelim, originally set for June, has been delayed after Gubbels retained new counsel last week.
There could be an application to move the trial as well.
Gubbels is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of his parents in July 2014.
