The planned opening of Sarnia's second Giant Tiger store is on schedule.
The store was previously slated to open in April but construction delays during the harsh winter pushed that back to June.
Spokesperson Alison Scarlett says within the next two weeks they will be installing fixtures and setting up the layout of the store.
A grand opening celebration complete with a charity barbecue for Sarnia-Lambton Community Living is scheduled for June 6.
40 full and part time employees have been hired for the new London Rd. location.
No changes are planned at the existing Exmouth St. store
