Lambton Public Health has removed E. coli bacteria warning signs at Canatara Park beach, Grand Bend (South Beach), Bright's Grove, and Ipperwash Main Beach.
Signs warning against swimming remain at Highland Glen.
While no sampling occurs on the St. Clair River, a caution sign advising of high bacteria levels after heavy rainfall has been permanently placed at Seager, Branton Cundick, and Brander parks.
It should be noted that following heavy rainfall, the water at area beaches may be temporarily polluted for up to 48 hours.
If the water has become cloudy due to wave activity, bacteria from the bottom may become suspended and increase the risk of illness.
