There are no warning signs posted. Beaches sampled include Grand Bend, Pinery Provincial Park, Ipperwash Main Beach, Highland Glen, Bright's Grove and Canatara Park.
After heavy rainfall, Lambton Public Health says water at area beaches may be temporarily polluted for up to 48 hours.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
