Lambton County Council has deferred talks about an HR assessment of county compensation and staff evaluation practices.
A special meeting will take place ahead of budget talks.

The non-union compensation review project compares Lambton County to an equal number of smaller and larger municipalities in order to decide fair pay rates for its employees.
Several Lambton County employees are to retire in the near future, proving a need for the review and recommendations to be acted upon.
