Thedford rower Tim Schrijver has added to his medal haul at the 2015 Pan American games in Toronto.
After he and his team captured gold in the Men's Coxless Four on Monday, he took home gold in the Men's Eights on Wednesday with a time of 6:07:01.
Schrijver's teammates in the Men's Eight event were Mike Evans, Will Dean, Julien Bahain, Martin Barakso, Conlin McCabe, Kai Langerfeld, Will Crothers, and Jacob Koudys.
Canada had an impressive showing in the rowing events, capturing eight gold, one silver and two bronze.
