Police, firefighters and EMS responded to Brigden Rd. north of LaSalle Line just after 5am for reports of a vehicle in the ditch.
The driver and lone occupant was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
No further details are yet available.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
