It happened around 7:30pm on Kathleen St. near Russell St.
The male driver of the motorcycle was taken to London hospital with what are described as serious injuries.
Police are looking to speak to any witnesses.

The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
