A mobile greenhouse is making a stop in Sarnia Sunday to celebrate local produce. The greenhouse features heating, venting and irrigating systems as well as a live bumblebee ecosystem that helps pollinate the plants inside. Spokeswoman Alison Durran says its an educational experience for the whole family. The open house is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and residents are invited to stop by and enjoy special exhibits showcasing timeless moments in its history.
The event promises an "outstanding lineup of butter tart bakers and sweet makers from across Southwestern Ontario and beyond."
