A Corunna couple has helped create an app that allows parents to lock their childs cell phone while they're driving.
Cindy Brough along with her husband John, got the idea last November when they were almost in a head on collision with a distracted truck truck driver.
The app will also monitor speeding and allows for 911 calls in case of emergency.
Brough says the app will help drivers keep their focus on the road.

Brough says she gets emotional when she thinks of the lives the app has the potential to save.
Its currently only available for Android phones, but the couple is looking to get it expanded to apple products as well.
