Police say a man entered an underground parking area for an apartment complex on Sandy Lane, near Canatara Park, during the early morning hours of Monday, July 13. Surveillance video shows the male suspect entering a pick-up truck and removing fishing equipment worth about $2,500. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sarnia Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
