The Inn of the Good Shepherd has started filling backpacks for area students as a new school year approaches. Executive Director Myles Vanni says they are putting together 600 backpacks for students from junior kindergarten to high school. He says the kits will include supplies for school such as paper, pens, calculators and snacks. The backpacks are scheduled to be distributed on September 2nd and 3rd.
