The sale of the downtown Bayside Centre has been approved.
Acting City Solicitor Scott McEachran says the court decision was reached this morning by Justice Hainey.

Details of the sale price have not yet been released.
The 245,000 sq ft building was once listed for as high as $6.5-million, but had dropped to about $1.5-million.
It owes more than $1.1-million in property taxes
Wilsondale Assets Management of Vaughn has 30 days to close the sale with the court-appointed mall receiver, A. John Page & Associates.
