A Chemical Valley alert was issued Tuesday morning as a result of a fire at NOVA Chemical's Corunna plant. At approximately 11:50am, a small fire broke out in the utilities unit. Spokeswoman Tracy Johnson says smoke was visible to those in the area. The all clear was issued at 12:46.
