Faith Takes First Steps To London

Students and teachers lined up outside King George VI Public School this morning to send off Faith Abbey as she makes her way to London.

Faith is making the 110km walk to London raise childhood cancer awareness.

She was just 18 months old when she was diagnosed with liver cancer, the 11-year-old has been disease free for nine years.

Her father Dave, says after seeing the support from last year's inaugural walk, doing it again this year was a no brainer.

He says the support they've received in Sarnia has been outstanding, and a third walk planned for next year is already in the works.
