A report examining Lambton county's food landscape shows a concerning trend when it comes to obesity.
Findings by the Lambton County Food Assessment Taskforce suggest 31 per cent of adults in the county are overweight and 25 per cent are considered obese.
Public Health Nutritionist Lana Smith says 2014 survey results indicate many people aren't getting enough fruits and vegetables in their diet.

Smith says from 2009 to 2014, the cost to feed a family of four in Lambton County went up nearly 13 per cent.
The findings will be used to determine community food strengths and weaknesses and set future goals.
