The city's engineering department says interim repairs have been completed as part of the Bright's Grove Emergency Shoreline Protection Project.
Construction Manager Robert Williams says work was done this past week in the area of Rainbow Cove and on Old Lakeshore Rd. between Bay St. and Centre St. to protect the road from damaging wave action.
He says the week before they had to do emergency work in the area north of Jameson Farm to prevent additional damage.

Work at the three locations is expected to cost around $250,000.
