Lambton OPP are investigating a fatal single vehicle crash Friday night in Plympton-Wyoming.
Police say they were called at about 11pm to Uttoxeter Rd. between London Line and Hwy. 402. The investigation indicated a vehicle northbound on Uttoxeter Rd. left the road and crashed into a hydro pole. The 26-year-old male driver was pronounced dead at the scene while a 23-year-old passenger was taken to hospital in stable condition.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators were called in and continue to investigate. Uttoxeter Road has since reopened.
Police say the names of the deceased and the passenger are being withheld pending notification of next-of-kin.
